News Years is a time when many people make resolutions to engage in a renewed effort to improve their communities and make their lives and the lives of their families better.
Everyone of us must strive to be better citizens, family members, and friends. We must also expand our involvement in a variety of community programs, local governments, and our children’s schools.
Resolutions allow us to focus our attention on good works. View your renewed sense of service in 2024 and commit to working with your community groups and leaders to serve each other on projects large and small.
Service is our commitment to our friends and neighbors.
We encourage all of you to see this New Year to be a year of renewed hope. Whether your life is wonderful, and your faith strong or you have struggled recently as human beings we always have parts of life that we can improve.
Across our great nation, and even internationally, all of us can see that we are in need of greater pledge to excellence and working with each other to restore our national confidence that comes from voluntarily doing things for the common good and believing in the great promise our nation’s founders had for us.
Making our nation a “more perfect union,” is a never-ending effort but it is worth our time and energy to strive to achieve. Our nation has made historic strides in all fields, but each of should understand that much work needs to be done to ensure the promise of America and our way of life.
Consider ways that you can move forward in helping others to reap life’s many blessings.
Happy New Years to everyone in our wonderful in our communities across the nation.
